JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:<\/strong><\/p>

• The job holder leads the process team within a specific project, ensuring the technical integrity of the proposed design by producing required engineering deliverables for use by other disciplines.<\/li>\n\n
• Reports to the project manager to provide necessary resources to meet project schedules and support the overall project execution plan.<\/li><\/ul>

  JOB DIMENSIONS:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Responsible for delivering essential documents such as Basis Of Design, Design Criteria, Process Design Philosophies, Modeling basis (Simulation basis & Assumption), Heat Material Balance, Process Flow Diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Equipment & Instrument Process Datasheets.<\/li>\n\n
  • Attendance at all project reviews including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, 3D Model.<\/li><\/ul>

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Ensure technical integrity and safety of all design work in the Process discipline.<\/li>\n\n
    • Adhere to codes, standards, and industry regulations.<\/li>\n\n
    • Supervise and coordinate Process Engineers.<\/li>\n\n
    • Develop and maintain a quality design threshold for the Process discipline.<\/li>\n\n
    • Ensure Process work adheres to established budgets and schedules.<\/li>\n\n
    • Provide technical direction, advice, and control for Process work.<\/li>\n\n
    • Liaise with client discipline representatives and establish technical direction.<\/li>\n\n
    • Define scope, estimate, and control progress of Process engineering activities.<\/li>\n\n
    • Coordinate Process engineering design and drafting.<\/li>\n\n
    • Liaise with other discipline Lead engineers on technical issues.<\/li>\n\n
    • Co-ordinate and prepare input to Essential Process Documents.<\/li>\n\n
    • Identify areas of concern with respect to progress and\/or quality and recommend corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n
    • Lead and develop the process engineering team.<\/li><\/ul>
