Recruitment Procedure
- Register with Procer by submitting CV (Resume) at office@procer.org or register and complete the Online Application Form or send your detailed Resume, ( minimum 2 pages) and updated. Make it as detailed as it is complete. The more information you give us, the better we'll understand your skills, the kind of work you're looking for, and how we can help. One of our recruiters will contact you to discuss options available to you. Register only once! It is not necessary to register a new account for each of the vacancies you find here. Once your resume is on file with us, you need not send it again unless you are updating information. We'll constantly check your details against new requirements, and contact you immediately if we find a position that will suit you.

- We assess you application. We will review your application and if your qualifications match any job opportunities, you will be called in for an interview and skills assessment.

- We interview you. We need to get a clear understanding of your inventory of skills, accomplishments, needs and expectations. Our interviews aim not only to determine their skills, but also their personal aspirations and character profile.

- Job Search and Career Consultancy is offered. A marketing plan is developed based on the realities of each candidate has to offer and to whom they can sell it. We will help to identify transferable skills, explore career option and assess retraining that may be required. When available career transition programs are offered with the participation of interested employers. We will help in the preparation of the perfect CV and how to impress prospective employers at the interview. Your resume will be customized to show your proven value and unique selling points. Tips and advice given will assist you in achieving your career aims.

- Interview with a Client Company. The interview may take place by phone or at Procer's office. We will also notify you about the result and the job offer you receive with the full details about the contract terms.

- Mobilization and departure. Procer will make the necessary arrangements for the medical test, visa and transport, at no cost for the Candidate.
